In 2013, Cory was hired by Howard Lorber and Dottie Herman to head up the expansion of Douglas Elliman to the West Coast. Since then he has been instrumental in growing both Douglas Elliman's residential brokerage and New Development hybrid platform in California.
In 2015, Cory was named Executive Vice President of Business Development - in this role, he oversees the expansion of Douglas Elliman's expansion in California, recruitment, and holds a key position within the company's leadership.
